An opportunity has now arisen for an IT Service Desk Analyst.
You will need to respond to service desk telephone calls and emails from internal customers, diagnose and resolve incidents and requests including investigation and troubleshooting. Perform daily system checks and respond to real time alerts from monitoring and manage hardware break/fix, coordinating engineers to site activities for the branch network.
Ideally you have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office, along with a basic understanding of computer networks (components, cabling and IP addressing). Customer service experience in an IT Service desk capacity is preferable.
The salary for this role is up to £25,000 per annum
