What happens next?
Once our Collections and Arrears Team have discussed your current situation and have understood your financial position, they will work with you to explore your options. They'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have when completing the relevant paperwork and will guide you through the process from start to finish. They will also tell you about free organisations that you can talk to who will be able to provide independent advice and support you with any decisions you make.
