Changes to our branch opening times

From 24 May, the opening hours to some of our branches will change. A summary of these changes are highlighted below or you can view a timetable of all our branch opening times by clicking here. Alternatively, please click on your local branch for more information.

• Cheadle branch - extended weekday opening times and close at 3pm
• Leek Derby Street branch - extended weekday opening times and close at 3pm
• Uttoxeter branch - extended weekday opening times and close at 2pm
• Leek St. Edward Street - closed on Saturdays from 29 May

We’re continuously seeking to appropriately balance our opening hours to meet demand in each of our locations. We continue to listen to our members' feedback and are still providing telephone and video meetings for your savings, insurance and financial planning needs between 9.00am and 4.00pm every weekday.
