Customer satisfaction hits all-time high

CUSTOMER satisfaction with Leek United Building Society has hit an all-time high, according to latest figures.

The statistics were compiled from the results of a questionnaire sent to the Society’s 47,655 members as part of its 2016 Annual General Meeting mail-out.

And an overwhelming 97.6% of respondents rated themselves as ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the quality of Leek United’s products and services.

Chief Executive Kevin Wilson commented: “The standards of service that we set for ourselves are extremely high, and we are delighted to receive this sort of endorsement from our members – it means we are doing our job.

“However, new and existing members can be assured that this vote of confidence in Leek United does NOT mean that we will in any way be relaxing our continued determination and drive to be the very best that we can be.”
