Leek United Building Society has appointed Chris Collins as its Head of Customer Operations.
Chris steps into the newly-created role from his position as Head of Operations at the Dudley Building Society.
Prior to that, he spent 25 years with the Coventry, where he was Head of Business Operations.
“One of the great challenges is to absorb and embrace constantly-changing technology while still maintaining the traditional values on which the Society’s reputation has been built,” said Chris.
“Leek United’s values are very close to my own, and I look forward to working with the team who share my own passion and belief in delivering the very best customer service.”
Born and raised in Birmingham, Chris was educated at Cotton College, in the Staffordshire Moorlands, and Henley Business School, where he gained a Masters degree in Business Administration.
He lives in Market Bosworth, Leicestershire, and is married with five children and one grandchild.
Outside work, Chris enjoys playing squash, walking, traveling, reading and listening to music.Back to news
