Help to Buy equity loans

We’re proud to support the Home and Communities agency (HCA) for England and Help to Buy for Wales loan schemes, whereby the Government lends first time buyers (and other qualifying buyers) up to 20% of the cost of new-build homes.

Local authority mortgage scheme

Depending where you live, you may be eligible for Leek United’s Local Authority Mortgage scheme. This assists first time buyers in certain postcode areas to arrange 5% deposit Five Year Fixed Rate mortgages:
