Customer Service Centre
Leek United’s Customer Service Centre is located in the busy market and antique centre of Leek, Staffordshire, very close to the Staffordshire Moorlands and the Peak District.
Over half of the Society’s 190 employees work at our Customer Service Centre. Our working environment is challenging but extremely friendly - all in all a very good place to work.
There are a variety of areas in which you could work at our Customer Service Centre, for example:

Customer Service Centre staff provide an excellent and friendly service to our customers whilst also providing support to our branch network.
Leek United’s branch network has a total of twelve offices located throughout the four counties of Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire. Our branches are, in many circumstances, the first point of contact for new and existing customers so it is essential that our staff offer a first class service.
Our customers are offered a number of products and services including mortgages, savings and buildings and contents insurance through the Society.
