An opportunity now exists within our Savings Department for a Savings Team Leader on a 12 month Fixed-Term contract.
To provide support to the Retail Savings Manager by assisting with departmental development and organisation and having responsibility for the line management of the Savings team.
You will deliver a first class professional customer service, deal accurately and efficiently with Savings enquiries from customers, other Society Departments, other financial services organisations, branches and agencies over the telephone and by correspondence. You will also accurately process savings accounts in line with customer instructions and the Society’s processes and policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience of line management and leadership of a team, including conducting effective 1-1s and performance reviews. Experience of working to challenging objectives is desirable with the confidence to challenge where appropriate and contribute to the overall success of the Savings Department and Leek United Building Society.
The salary for this role is up to £25,800, per annum.
