An opportunity has now arisen in our Mortgage Operations Department for a Full-time Mortgage Processing Administrator. You will work as part of the Mortgage Processing Team with responsibility for processing new mortgage applications from receipt through to offer stage, in a compliant manner and in line with the Society’s policies/procedures and service level agreements. You will also provide exceptional levels of customer service whilst ensuring that the Society’s interests are fully protected.
The ideal candidate will have good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. You will challenge processes with a view to improving customer service and business efficiency. A CeMap qualification is desirable and knowledge of Mortgage Regulations and the Lending Policy would be advantageous.
The salary for this role is up to £17,521, per annum.
