We’re delivering a digital self-service capability for our savings customers which will enable them to transact and service their accounts online and we’re looking to invest in our branch network over the coming years too.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Customer Assistant to join our teams based at our Ashbourne branch.
Hours of work would be 31 per week. Worked between the hours of:
Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 6.00pm, plus Saturday 9.00am – 4.00pm (worked to a rota).
Working as part of a team, you will build relationships with existing and new customers, promote the Society’s products and services, both face to face and over the telephone, whilst delivering first class customer service and ensuring the Society’s corporate objectives are met. You will need to be genuinely customer focused and committed to high levels of service delivery.
You will need to demonstrate flexibility as working from other branches may be required from time to time, to meet operational demand. Therefore, a full driving license is essential.
You will process daily cash transactions accurately, help with a wide range of enquiries regarding our products and services whilst working with your colleagues to provide the right solutions to meet customer needs.
The role involves a combination of counter-based transactions, customer interviews and administrative duties.

- Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrating a can-do approach and be willing to learn is essential.
