We wanted to share with you the exciting news that our Uttoxeter branch is about to undergo a major refurbishment.
Continuing to provide you with a local branch where you can access our products and services is really important to us. We hope our decision to further invest in our Uttoxeter branch, to make it even better than before, reinforces our long-term commitment to supporting you and the local community with any mortgage, savings and insurance needs.
Once the work has been completed, the transformed branch will feature several different zones where you will be able to undertake traditional counter transactions, browse our products and services and enjoy relaxed and comfortable conversations in both formal and informal meeting spaces.
To allow us to carry out the work safely, the branch will temporarily close at 1pm on Friday 18th February and will re-open at 9am on Monday 4th April. During this time, you are welcome to visit any of our other branches or alternatively, you can carry out a number of our services via post.
We want to minimise any inconvenience you may face or disruption to service during this period. Our dedicated branch team are on hand and happy to provide any support and assistance you require, or you can read through our 'Frequently Asked Questions' below.

We anticipate the refurbishment will take six weeks to complete. The branch will temporarily close at 1pm on Friday 18th February and we plan to re-open at 9am on Monday 4th April, unless there are any unforeseen delays due to circumstances outside of our control.
We remain fully committed to keeping and maintaining our branches across all areas of our Heartlands. We have chosen to invest in the Uttoxeter branch in 2022 to offer our members an improved experience in the branch, by continuing to provide traditional counter transactions, as well as the opportunity to browse our products and services and enjoy relaxed and comfortable conversations in both formal and informal meeting spaces.
We understand you may want to know how you can continue to manage your account when the branch is closed. Our dedicated branch team are here to offer you any assistance and reassurance. Simply visit the Uttoxeter branch on or before the 18th February to discuss your options face-to-face or call us on 0808 169 8430 – we’re always more than happy to help and provide any support or guidance you may need. Our Uttoxeter branch is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 2pm and on Saturdays from 9.15am to noon.
