Branch Refurbishments

Our branches are having a facelift

We wanted to share with you the exciting news that some of our branches will be undergoing refurbishment in 2022. Here, you'll find more information about how you may be affected and updates on our branch refurbishments.

Continuing to provide you with a local branch where you can access our products and services is really important to us. We hope our decision to further invest in our branch network, to make it even better than before, reinforces our long-term commitment to supporting you and the local community with any savings, mortgage, insurance and financial needs.

To allow us to carry out the work safely, our branches will need to close for a short period of time during their refurbishment. Once the work has been completed, each transformed branch will feature several different zones where you will be able to undertake traditional counter transactions, browse our products and services and enjoy relaxed and comfortable conversations in both formal and informal meeting spaces.

Supporting you

If your local branch is temporarily closed during its refurbishment, you are welcome to visit any of our other branches or alternatively, you can carry out a number of our services via post.

We want to minimise any inconvenience you may face or disruption to service during this period. Our dedicated branch team are on hand and happy to provide any support and assistance you require, or you can read through our 'Frequently Asked Questions' below.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to our new and improved branches once the work has been completed. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us should you have any questions at all.
